Your reputation is at stake. Your credibility. Your integrity.

If you do what you say you’ll do:

✨You increase your credibility.
✨You build trust.
✨You expand your opportunities.
✨You develop a get-it-done reputation.
✨You increase your referrals, leads, and positive comments.

Don't say anything if you can't or aren't sure you can get through it. We are aware that plans can alter due to unforeseen circumstances, but please don't make this a habit and make sure to communicate early enough!

Successful leaders take the time to make sure their coworkers have the resources, training, and expertise necessary to complete the task.

The most crucial and proactive management abilities you may evaluate are delegating authority and duty to fellow staff.

Giving the team member the authority to complete it to the best of their abilities while also putting them through a lot of work to increase their value and competence is a sign that you trust them.
