Tips for Project Managers!
Started of the week with one of the ladies in the community starting her new project manager role, and another just accepted an offer to start in a few weeks 💃💃💃🎉🎉🎉👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

With all the excitement, here are also some of the tips shared as they start the new roles!
✅ Get to know your team and Building strong relationships with stakeholders and project team members
✅ Communicating clearly and often
✅ Being flexible and adaptable
✅ Keeping a positive attitude
✅ Staying Organized
✅ Continuously learning and improving
✅ Defining roles and responsibilities
