The old pair tells a story.
The new pair opens a new chapter.

When we take children shopping for new shoes, we’re doing more than building confidence. We’re often discovering they’ve been wearing the wrong size for months—or even years. We’re helping them find the support, comfort, and proper fit they need for school, sports, PE, and everyday life.

Sometimes a new pair of shoes is about much more than shoes. ♥️

Introducing our Board Chair! 👏🤩 Learn more about our amazing leader, Elizabeth Boyle!

Some people lead with titles.
Some lead with action.
And some lead with heart.

Elizabeth Boyle leads with all three.

A mom of three boys, a constant support to her husband and his business, and somehow still the person showing up for everyone around her with a beaming smile and endless energy. She is the definition of a go-getter — the kind of person who sees what needs to be done and gets it done with grace, authenticity, and heart.

Since joining the board of Dayna’s Footprints in January 2023, Elizabeth has helped take this organization to the next level. She brought systems, organization, vision, and leadership that have strengthened every part of what we do. Her passion for this mission is undeniable, and her dedication inspires everyone around her.

As Chair of our first annual Gala in September, she helped lead an incredible evening that raised $75,000 to support the children and families we serve.

We are beyond thankful for Elizabeth, her leadership, and the light she brings into every room she enters.

Dayna’s Footprints is better because of her. ♥️

We were honored to serve students in the Las Vegas Trail community alongside the incredible team at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County.

A huge thank you to the student and parent volunteers from Trinity Valley School, our amazing Dayna’s Footprints board volunteers, and the sweet surprise from Vearitea Wellness Spa — who saw what was happening, loved what the children were experiencing, and generously brought cookies for everyone. 🍪

This is what community looks like.

People giving back.
People helping kids walk into school with confidence.

You can feel the excitement! 😃 The students were dancing and jumping before they even shopped. And then their faces after they received a brand new pair of shoes, incredible! 🤩

This month, we served 44 students in the Stop 6 community of Fort Worth. Even with the rain, we showed up together to serve, connect, and pour into a community we truly care about.

We had incredible voices speak into families and students (), and we’re so grateful for the volunteers who showed up with heart and intention.

Thank you to volunteers from , , and our wonderful board members. This event was seamless because of you! ♥️

A powerful partnership. 40+ incredible young people served.

At the beginning of the year, Dayna’s Footprints partnered with Crossovers & Conversations, an organization dedicated to developing young leaders through basketball 🏀 health education 📚 and character development 🫡

Together, we helped over 40 student athletes select brand new shoes while also sharing Dayna’s story, promoting diversity and inclusion, and encouraging these young leaders to continue striving toward their potential.

How do I get involved? 🤔

Dayna’s Footprints works alongside trusted community leaders who help identify children in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Rochester areas who need shoes the most. From there, we set a goal, raise the funds, and plan a special shopping day where each child gets to choose their own brand new pair.

Many times, this shopping day happens at stores like Foot Locker or Scheels.

That moment when they walk out with shoes they picked themselves. ✨ That’s where the magic happens ✨
