🚨 ARBUCKLE LITTLE LEAGUE NEEDS YOUR HELP: CRITICAL BOARD POSITION VACANCY! 🚨

Parents, families, and Arbuckle community members—we are facing a critical crossroad for the upcoming season, and we need to act fast.

Right now, we are in desperate need of a new League President to lead our board.
To put it plainly: Without a President, we cannot officially operate, and we risk not being able to offer a Little League season for our kids this year.

Every single registration, game, clean field, and fundraiser happens because local volunteers step up. Our league is 100% volunteer-run, and right now, we need someone to lead the team behind the teams.

What does the President do?
As the chief administrator, the President helps guide league affairs, coordinates with our wonderful board, and appoints managers, coaches, and committees to ensure a safe, fun environment for our players. You don’t need to be a baseball expert—you just need a passion for supporting our local youth and keeping this community tradition alive!
If you want to ensure our kids have a place to play, make friends, and build memories this season, please consider stepping into this vital role.

Arbuckle Little League is powered entirely by volunteers. We are looking for dedicated parents, family members, and community supporters to help fill the following Sub-Committee Chair positions. Each role plays an important part in creating a fun, safe, and successful experience for our players.

💰 Fundraising Coordinator - Plan and organize fundraising events and activities that support league operations and improvements.

🏅 Sponsor & Banner Chair -Work with local businesses to secure sponsorships and coordinate sponsor recognition banners.

📝 Registration Chair - Assist with player registration and help ensure all paperwork is completed.

⚾ Draft & Try-Out Coordinator - Coordinate player evaluations and draft logistics.

📅 Scheduling Chair - Manage game and event schedules while coordinating field and team availability.

👕 Uniform Coordinator - Coordinate uniform ordering and sizing for all divisions.

🎉 Opening & Closing Day Coordinator - Help plan and organize our Opening Day and Closing Day celebrations.

🌱 Field Maintenance Coordinator - Coordinate volunteer field upkeep and ensure fields are game-ready throughout the season.

🧢 Equipment Coordinator - Track, distribute, maintain, and replace league equipment as needed.

🏟️ Practice Field Coordinator - Schedule and manage practice field assignments for teams throughout the season.

📖 Scorekeeper Chair - Recruit, organize, and support volunteer scorekeepers for league games.

👨‍⚖️ Umpire-in-Chief - Coordinate umpire assignments, support training efforts, and ensure game-day coverage.

👨‍👩‍👧 Team Parent Coordinator - Serve as a liaison between team parents and the league while supporting volunteer efforts.

📸 Team Picture Coordinator - Coordinate picture day scheduling, photographer communication, and photo distribution.

⚾️ Arbuckle Little League Needs Your Help! 🥎

As we prepare for another great season, we need more parents, family members, and community volunteers to step up and help fill our Board Committee positions.

At this time, we have received only a handful of submissions for these important roles. Without additional volunteers, we may not have enough support to successfully operate the league for the upcoming season. Unfortunately, if key positions remain unfilled, it could impact our ability to offer a season this year.

Arbuckle Little League exists because of the dedication of volunteers. Every registration, game, field preparation, fundraiser, and opening day event happens because community members step up to help.

If you've ever considered getting involved, now is the time. No prior board experience is necessary, and we are happy to answer questions about available positions.

Please help us keep Little League baseball and softball alive in our community for our kids.

Congratulations to our Westside 50/70 All-Stars on a big 17-4 victory over Olivehurst! ⚾⭐

With the win, they advance to the next round and will be back in action on Thursday, June 18 at 5:30 PM in Olivehurst/Linda.
