We loaded up and came back to College Station this week for the 2026 Texas A&M Livestock Judging Camp! These kids had a blast and learned a lot!

The last day included a practice contest where they competed as individuals. Results are as follows!

The 2026 Texas 4-H Roundup didn’t go exactly as we had hoped for these Jones County 4-H members, but that didn’t stop them from making the most of the experience! It was a great week filled with competition, learning, and plenty of fun.

Congratulations to Sayleigh Maberry and Quincy Page, who earned an impressive 8th-place finish with their Educational Presentation. Brady Shoemaker also brought home an 8th-place finish in the Swine Division at the Invitational Livestock Judging Contest.

We’re proud of all of these young people for representing Jones County so well. It was a great week, and we’ll be back for more next year! 🍀

Jones County 4-Hers have made it to College Station for the 2026 Texas 4-H Roundup!

This morning, the students competed in the Agriculture Product ID Contest, and then enjoyed lunch at the historic Dixie Chicken!

They will attend the awards assembly tonight! A fantastic group of kiddos!
