Brazoria County Alzheimer's Awareness Project The Brazoria County Alzheimer's Awareness Project exists to create awareness of Alzheimer's Disease

The Brazoria County Alzheimer's Awareness Project is sponsored by the Brazoria County Health Department and the Brazoria County Gathering Place Interfaith Ministries, a free respite provider in southern Brazoria County. BCAAP sponsors county-wide memory screenings in partnership with the Brazoria County Library System, and partners with area healthcare organizations, businesses, social service and

government agencies and interested individuals to create events that heighten awareness in our communities.
