It’s our presence.

Sit with them. Listen without judgment. Let them know they don’t have to carry everything alone.

You don’t always have to know what to say. Sometimes simply being there says enough. 💜

Be here. Be present.

Sunday Inspiration | Lead With Compassion 🤍🙏🏽

Compassion can be one of the greatest gifts we give one another. 🤍

A little kindness. A little patience. A little grace. We never truly know what someone else may be carrying.

“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”
Ephesians 4:32 (NIV) 🙏🏽

May we allow God’s love to guide the way we treat one another. We are Stronger Together.

WE CAN’T GO BACK IN TIME…

Sometimes grief is missing someone we loved deeply.
Sometimes it’s missing the life we once knew.
And sometimes, it’s quietly mourning a part of ourselves that changed along the way.

We may find ourselves wishing we could go back, to one more moment, one more conversation,
one more chance to hold on a little longer.

But time only moves forward.

So we learn, slowly, to carry what we love with us.

The memories.
The lessons.
The people who touched our lives.
Even the pieces of ourselves we’re still learning how to find again.

There is no timetable for grief.
Take the time you need. Be gentle with yourself.

Some things we never “get over.” We simply learn how to carry them differently. 💜

Some of us don’t show it.
We smile. We function. We serve. We lead.

But inside… there are stories still healing.

You don’t have to see me
to hear me.

This Monday, if you’re carrying something invisible PTSD, MST, anxiety, depression — your voice still matters.

Even if it’s whispered.
Even if it’s written in a journal.
Even if it’s spoken only to God.

We hear you here. 💜
