A global international call for the recognition, protection, and dignity of Indigenous veterans, service members, military families, and military whistleblowers is now being made.
Across nations and generations, Indigenous peoples have served with courage, sacrifice, discipline, and honor in militaries around the world. Many have defended not only their countries, but also truth, integrity, and the people they swore to protect β even when facing corruption, abuse of power, misconduct, or institutional failure within the systems around them.
Too often, service members and veterans who speak out against wrongdoing, protect civilians, expose corruption, or refuse unlawful or unethical conduct face retaliation, intimidation, isolation, loss of career opportunities, or abandonment for choosing integrity over silence.
This declaration calls for stronger international protections, accountability systems, legal safeguards, mental health support, and public recognition for military personnel, veterans, and whistleblowers who uphold ethical duty and human dignity in the face of corruption or systemic failure.
Without accountability, military trust declines internationally.
Morale weakens.
Communities lose faith in institutions.
Veterans suffer in silence.
Corruption spreads where truth is punished instead of protected.
This is about restoring honor, integrity, and accountability within military culture worldwide.
This is about protecting those who defend truth even under pressure.
This is about ensuring courage, ethics, and human dignity are never punished.
Stand for veterans.
Stand for military families.
Stand for accountability without borders.
