🗽 This September, the Green Beauty Community Foundation is bringing the professional beauty industry together in New York during Climate Week NYC.

On Wednesday, September 23, we’ll gather at amika’s Brooklyn headquarters for an afternoon centered on a simple but deeply important question:

Who are you sustainable for?

Beauty professionals will experience technical education, hands-on sustainability activations and a collaborative industry conversation examining how we can make sustainability more practical, understandable and actionable inside the professional salon.

On September 23, the Green Beauty Community Foundation will convene beauty professionals, educators, sustainability leaders and some of the industry’s leading organizations at amika’s Brooklyn headquarters around one important question:

Who are you sustainable for?

The afternoon will combine technical education, hands-on sustainability activations and an honest industry conversation about waste, responsible sourcing, clean chemistry, salon operations, education and what it will take to move professional beauty forward — followed by a rooftop networking reception.

This isn’t one company’s sustainability story. It’s what becomes possible when our industry works together.
