AYB! Our local Chevy Dealers are hosting a free instructional baseball and softball clinic at Joseph L Bruno Stadium on June 27th. The clinic is open to both boys and girls of all skill levels ages 6-14. Participants with special needs, ages 6 and up, are also welcome to attend.

Qualified coaching staff will separate participants into age groups and rotate them through drills to learn and enhance essential baseball and softball skills. Here are the event details and registration instructions:

Saturday, June 27, 2026
Joseph L. Bruno Stadium
80 Vandenburgh Ave.
Troy, NY 12180

Check-in: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Clinic Rotations: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Dismissal: 12:00 PM

*Please note if you are unable to get your participant(s) there by the start time of the clinic, they accept late check-ins! Please do not let that hinder your child from participating in this experience!

⚾️What a great night for our Intermediate Teens Division!

AYB is now entering our second year of providing a recreational baseball opportunity for players ages 13–15, and the growth has been incredible.

Registration numbers are up by 10 players from last year, allowing us to add a 6th team for the 2026 season!

A special thank you to Amsterdam Recreation Dept. for their continued support of our program and our community's youth.

Teams are being selected tonight, and coaches will be reaching out to families as soon as possible. All players should be prepared to begin practices by the end of the week.

Our league is also working hard to finalize game schedules now that registration has closed and coaching staffs have been secured.

We are excited for another great summer of baseball and incredibly grateful for the players, families, coaches, sponsors, and supporters who continue to make this division a success.

⏰ Registration for our Summer Teen League (Ages 13-15) closes TONIGHT at MIDNIGHT!
The excitement is building, and we're on the verge of adding a SIXTH team this summer — a huge milestone for our program! ⚾🔥

If your player plans to participate, now is the time to register. Once registration closes, spots cannot be guaranteed due to roster and team capacity limits. Depending on final numbers, we may not be able to accommodate late registrations.

Amsterdam Youth Baseball’s Intermediate Summer League registration is officially entering the FINAL stretch — and registration CLOSES JUNE 2ND!

If your player is between 13-15 years old, this is the perfect way to stay on the field this summer, continue developing skills, compete, and have FUN playing baseball with friends all season long. 🔥

We also honor the military families whose strength and sacrifice continue every day.
