As stated on the web site, the track season will start Next Monday, March 2nd, 5:30pm with the first practice and the Parents/athletes information meeting at Sanlando Park,

Registration is open until May for ages 8 and above. High school students running on a high school team can attend practice when their school track season is over.
Practice in March is generally 3 times per week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and sometimes Wednesday and/or Saturday at Sanlando Park, Merrill Park or at a track.
The practice schedule for the week is usually emailed on Sunday, no later than Monday.
New members are allowed 2 practices to see if they like it before payment is required, but must register first.
All athletes should begin conditioning this week. All athletes need to run/jog and walk 5-15 minutes per day, do 5 sit-ups and 5 pushups, then stretch.
Bring to each practice an exercise mat or old thick towel for ground exercises.
