We would like to congratulate K9 Elvis on his well-earned retirement. 🐾🎉

While Elvis is officially retiring from active service, you’ll still see him around. He’ll continue attending PR events, the occasional K9 training, and team trainings, usually hanging out at the team trailer in IC with his handler, our Chief.

Elvis has proudly served as a certified K9 on our team for 10 years, and his steady presence has meant so much to all of us. He was certified in the early years as a trailing K9 and later went on to certify in HRD (human remains detection), proudly serving our team in multiple disciplines over the course of his career. As he transitions into retirement, he’ll be enjoying what he loves most: plenty of hiking and camping adventures.

Thank you, Elvis, for a decade of service. Enjoy retirement, you’ve more than earned it. 💙
