A New View for a Local Legacy: Ribbon Cutting & Grand Re-Opening! 🪟✨
​The Stanly County Chamber of Commerce was absolutely thrilled to celebrate a massive milestone today with Jim’s Custom Windows! Founded in 1980 by the late James "Jim" Goins, this multi-generational family staple has been a pillar of our community for over four decades. 🏗️🌳
​Today, siblings Courtney Burnside and Tanner Goins are not only carrying their father’s legacy forward but taking it to the next level. Following a year of major renovations—partnering with Hemco to completely reimagine their space—the Chamber officially helped unveil their beautiful new facility. It is an honor to celebrate their continued success in both residential and major commercial projects across North Carolina! 🏠🏢
​Jim's Custom Windows is truly more than just windows. Their incredible community impact is everywhere you look in Stanly County and all over North Carolina, with their stellar work spanning from local landmarks like Norwood Elementary and North Stanly High to major projects across the state.
​To top off an already amazing day, it was a double celebration as the Chamber also toasted to 20 years of their sister business, Uwharrie Pool & Spa—the local source for Bioguard care and Big Green Egg grills!
​The Chamber extends a huge thank you to everyone who joined in today at 2821 US 52 N in Albemarle to meet the crew, tour the stunning new space, and celebrate 45 years of local dedication. Let’s continue to rally behind and support this incredible local success story! 🎊🤝
