A short story time with a BIG ending. 🤩👀

In 2015, our organization was founded by the broken hearted, ready to save lives.

That first year we had little idea of what this was or could become. Some perspective for you:

2015 ~$3,500 raised

2025 ~ $50,000 raised!

We couldn’t have dreamed that in just over 10 years & 11 events that we would be where we are, but we’re just getting started.

Truthfully this is terrifying to be sharing the goal our board set this past week at our monthly meeting, but we’re running for it.

Drumroll please! 🥁

This year we are hoping to raise $75,000 to support su***de prevention and education! It’s ambitious, but we know the impact this could have.

As we wrap close out the scholarship season this year, our hearts are simply met with gratitude. 🥹

We had the most applicants we’ve ever had. We read so many impactful and amazing stories. Collectively, this was the best pool of applicants we’ve ever had. 🤩

Thank you to everyone that applied. Thank you to the students and families that allowed us to be a part of their story. 💛

With all of that being said…we are looking ahead. Growing our impact and reaching more people is at the top of our list this year. 📈

Here’s your reminder:

One conversation can change someone’s life.

The words you said?

They have real impacts.

The listening you may or may not have done?

That person noticed.

Connection, compassion, active listening can make all the difference to someone who may be in a dark place.

If you aren’t sure what to do when you think someone may be suicidal, that’s okay, but it’s important you don’t leave the individual alone & you take some sort of action to get them the help they need.

Here’s some tips below.

Shout out to our first ever recipient from Rogers City High School—Chelsea Myers.

The past few years we’ve been able to expand our service area to include many more schools.

This year Chelsea not only earned a scholarship but the first recipient of RCHS title.

Congratulations Chelsea—we know you have such a bright future ahead! Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of it!

Happy 1st of June!

It’s hard to believe summer is really incoming this fast.

We know that just because the weather is nice, it doesn’t always mean our internal struggles just go away.

No matter the battle Breanna’s Ride wants you to know: you are loved; you are valued; you are irreplaceable; you are a beautiful soul.

No matter your struggle, you don’t have to go it alone. There is help out there. It’s okay to raise your hand. 💛
