August 13th Thursday 1-4pm
August 16th Sunday 1-4pm & 5-7pm.

The Dekko Community Center is very proud of the Ada Legion Post 26 Baseball team! They fought hard all weekend playing some very impressive teams down in Glenwood/Lowry. They played today in the State Championship DII MN Legion Tournament. They lost to St. Cloud 18 to 8 but was awarded the MN DII Sportsmanship Trophy and State Runner-up trophy!
There will be a welcome home ceremony around 7:15pm at the Tony Sipe field. Please let these young men and coaches know how proud we are of them.

Thank you to everyone that enjoyed the Open House at the Dekko Community Center last Sunday.
My staff is amazing!! They worked all weekend getting the building ready from cleaning to putting together all the patio furniture for the wading pool area, to stocking cookies and making lemonade. We had a blast giving away door prizes, watching everyone enjoy the wading pool grand opening and visiting with everyone next who too the time to stop by and say hi!

Thank you to the David M. Johnson family (son of Kathleen R. Johnson) for the donation to the Dekko Community Center in Memory of Florence & George Menge.

With those funds we have been able to purchase new goggles, toys and life jackets for the pool, patio furniture for the wading pool area and fitness mirrors in the gym.

The kids and parents are loving all of the
Improvements to the Community Center.
