The members of Aberdeen PBA 163 want to take a moment to recognize and thank the incredible educators in our community and around the country, as a whole. Every single day, you show up with dedication, patience, and a commitment to shaping the future, often without the recognition you truly deserve.
You are the foundation of our society. The lessons you teach extend far beyond textbooks, helping to build character, integrity, and resilience in the next generation. Your impact is lasting, and it reaches into every corner of our communities.
We also understand that far too often, your hard work is taken for granted. Despite the critical role you play, you are frequently overlooked and undervalued by those in positions of power. That reality does not go unnoticed by us. We see the long hours, the personal sacrifices, and the unwavering commitment you bring to your students.
It is an honor for us to work alongside you. As fellow public servants, we share a commitment to protecting, supporting, and strengthening our community, and we know that mission would not be possible without you.
