To every woman carrying silent battles,you are not weak for feeling, you are powerful for rising anyway. Your mental health matters. Rest when you need to, speak when it gets heavy, and remember healing is not a race. You are allowed to grow at your own pace, to choose yourself, and to protect your peace. Strong women also pause and that is strength too.

Ongoing is a pre-regional meeting with Hhohho Region Mayiwane Inkhundla . This session is led by the Elections Officer and Liphimbo National Executive Committee.
