OFFICIAL RELOCATION NOTICE

Happy to announce that we have officially relocated to a new office space.

After years of serving our community from 7 Field Road, Makeni, we have now moved to a more accessible and spacious location to better support our work with girls and young women across Sierra Leone.

Our new address is…..
Lamtec Street, Talent Town, Makeni City

Its a new chapter that would not have been possible without your continued trust, partnership, and generosity. Whether you're a beneficiary looking for support, a partner planning a collaboration, or a donor wanting to see our impact firsthand, you are always welcome at our new office.

For any questions or to schedule a visit, please reach out to us here on Facebook.

Strengthening the Fight Against Gender-Based Violence.

We participated in a day training on Gender-Based Violence (GBV) alongside partners including the police and child protection stakeholders organized by Commit and Act Sierra Leone. The session focused on improving our understanding of GBV, strengthening collaboration among service providers, and enhancing support systems for survivors.

The training also highlighted the foundation’s safe home services through engaging discussions and shared experiences, participants explored the different forms and impacts of GBV, the importance of survivor centered responses, and effective referral pathways for those in need of protection and assistance.

Together, we remain committed to promoting safer communities and ensuring that survivors receive the support and justice they deserve.

We’re excited to share that our organization was selected to participate in a two-day Capacity Building Training for Youth CSOs In Bombali. The training was organized by Restless Development Sierra Leone through the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab as part of their commitment to Scale organization's impact with expert capacity enhancement and professional accompaniment.

Over the two days, our team gained valuable skills in:
Designing and conducting youth-led research that responds to real community needs, Writing competitive and impactful proposals, Strengthening accountability and transparency mechanisms within youth organizations

This experience has strengthened our capacity to lead evidence based initiatives, mobilize resources effectively, and implement accountable programs that create meaningful impact for young people in our community.

We are grateful for this opportunity and look forward to applying the knowledge gained to drive sustainable, youth-driven change. The future is youth-led and we are ready.

Ahead of the Girls club elections, Girls from Rogbaneh Government Municipal converge at the office today to discuss issues regarding leadership structure. During the meeting aspiring candidates were given the opportunity to read out their manifesto. Members tackled tough issues and possible ways they can use their voices to influence change in their school through the project. As an organization we are committed to supporting these girls to lead in every space.

"Leadership knows no gender, but girls leading change knows no bounds “
