ons, and individuals to wholly or to a very large extent deviate from depending on and requesting for aids/aims, offerings from Church and to also minimize Street begging by the disability in a five year periods. people with special needs Sierra Leone gives lifetime skill training opportunities, encourages the disability people to be fully involved in skills trainings, provides them with tools and machines after completion of training, gives out loan scheme to those with business skills, thereby making them to be self-reliance by 2025 and or any emerging issue(S) that may be deem necessary and it donor partners.
