“武当城隍道教养生院”正式成立于2009年初，由新加坡韮菜芭城隍庙联谊会主办，中国武当山协办。

安溪谒祖 · 问道武当 | 太极之旅 2026

10月31日，上午9时，本院学员再次来到紫霄宫，展开一场精彩的武当武术交流！

学员们率先展示所习的太极拳法，随后由紫霄宫师兄们呈献精彩的武术展演，包括拳术、剑术、双剑、拂尘等。刚柔并济的招式、行云流水的动作，让在场学员大开眼界，也进一步感受武当武术的独特魅力。

交流结束后，一行人进入紫霄殿虔诚参拜，由道教总会会长监本院院长陈添来BBM(L)带领全体学员敬献心香，并向武当山道教协会会长刘文国道长赠送纪念品，以表谢意。

以武会友，以道结缘。这场难得的交流，不仅增进了彼此的情谊，也为此次武当研学之旅留下了珍贵的回忆。

Following breakfast, our students returned to Zixiao Palace at 9 AM for an enriching martial arts exchange!

Our students began by showcasing their Taiji routines, followed by impressive performances from the Wudang practitioners, featuring fist forms, sword and double-sword routines, horsetail whisk and more. Their graceful yet powerful movements offered a fascinating glimpse into the rich traditions of Wudang martial arts.

The group then proceeded to Zixiao Hall to offer prayers, led by President of Taoist Federation Singapore and our centre's President Mr Tan Thiam Lye BBM(L). A token of appreciation was also presented to the President of Wudang Mountain Taoist Association, Master Liu Wen Guo as a gesture of gratitude.

Through martial arts, we build friendships; through the Tao, we strengthen connections. This meaningful exchange deepened our appreciation of Wudang's rich cultural heritage and created lasting memories.

安溪谒祖 · 问道武当 | 太极之旅 2026

10月31日清晨6时30分，天色渐亮，本院学员齐聚酒店大堂，步行前往紫霄福地。沿途欣赏山间景色，感受清晨大自然的宁静，开启一天的太极晨练。置身青山绿意之间，学员们凝神静气，舒展拳势，在清新的山间空气中进行了一个小时的太极修习。

晨练结束后，大家沿途欣赏秀丽风光，悠闲地步行返回酒店，享用丰盛早餐，为接下来的行程补充活力！以太极开启清新的一天，在自然美景中享受练功的乐趣，也留下了大家共同度过的美好晨间时光。

At 6:30 AM on 31 October, as dawn broke, our students gathered in the hotel lobby before setting off on foot towards Zixiao Fudi (紫霄福地), taking in the tranquillity of the mountains along the way. Surrounded by lush greenery and fresh mountain air, our students spent an hour practising Taiji, focusing on their movements while embracing the peaceful surroundings.

After their morning practice, the group took a leisurely walk back to the hotel, admiring the scenic views before enjoying a hearty breakfast to recharge for the day ahead! A refreshing start to the day, bringing together the beauty of nature, the practice of Taiji, and the simple joy of sharing these moments together.

习太极之道，悟养生之理！

10月30日傍晚，本院学员参与「太极拳文化与练习方法分享会」，由武当太极拳传承人王老师主讲，分享太极文化与养生智慧。

太极不仅在于练形，更在于修心。从立身中正、自然呼吸，到身心兼修的深层体悟，让学员们对太极之道有了更深的认识。

现场互动热烈，学员们踊跃提问，在交流中解惑，在学习中收获新知！

问道武当，学有所悟，行有所获！

Exploring the Wisdom of Taiji and Taoist Wellness!

On the evening of 30 October, our students attended a sharing session led by Master Wang, a Wudang Taiji lineage inheritor, who shared insights into Taiji philosophy and wellness principles.

Beyond physical movements, Taiji is also about cultivating the mind and achieving harmony between body and mind.

Through engaging discussions and an interactive Q&A session, our students gained valuable insights to enrich their practice and grow together!

安溪谒祖 · 问道武当｜太极之旅 2026

武当仙山，群峰叠翠，道韵悠长。10月30日早晨，本院学员怀着期待的心情向金顶迈进，沿着陡峭的山路拾级而上，历经约三小时，顺利完成金顶上下山的行程，期间也不忘驻足留影，记录珍贵瞬间！
登临金顶，群山美景尽收眼底，登顶的喜悦与沿途的壮丽风光，成为这趟旅程中难忘的回忆。

随后，学员们漫游逍遥谷，在青山绿水之间感受自然之美，领略武当山的清幽与自在。

登高不止于望远，问道更在于体悟。在山水之间感受道韵，为这趟武当研学之旅增添别样精彩！

Amidst the majestic Wudang Mountains, our students set off in the morning of 30 October with excitement and anticipation. Climbing the steep mountain steps, they completed the round trip to the Golden Summit in approximately three hours, capturing precious moments along the way!
At the summit, breathtaking mountain views made the climb a truly rewarding and memorable experience.

The journey continued at Xiaoyao Valley, where our students enjoyed the tranquillity of nature and the scenic beauty of Wudang.

Reaching new heights is more than admiring the view; seeking the Tao is about gaining deeper understanding. Another memorable chapter in our Wudang study journey!

From tracing our roots in Anxi to seeking the Tao at Wudang, our journey continues to unfold!

Over the past three days, our delegation has experienced the rich heritage of Taoist culture, creating cherished memories and meaningful experiences along the way. Now, the group has finally arrived at the long-awaited sacred Wudang Mountains!

In the coming days, our students will explore Taoist teachings, deepen their practice of Taiji, and discover the wisdom of Taoist wellness traditions through an enriching journey of learning and self-cultivation.
