Three days ago, we closed our training course PRO – Project Readiness for Erasmus+ Organisations… and we’re still feeling the impact 💛
It was an incredible journey with inspiring participants who explored how to plan, implement, and close high-quality Erasmus+ projects.
From diving into objectives, priorities, and quality standards, to working hands-on with programme design, facilitation, budgeting, and dissemination — we didn’t just talk about projects, we built systems for quality.
Throughout the week, something even more powerful happened.
We didn’t only grow professionally — we connected on a personal level, shared our cultures, supported each other, and experienced the beauty of the Swedish spring together 🌿
The journey ended with participants creating their own Erasmus+ systems, ready to be implemented back home.
And honestly — this is the part we’re most excited about: seeing the real impact that will come next.
To everyone who was part of this experience — thank you for making it so meaningful, rich, and unforgettable ✨
This may be the end of the training… but it’s the beginning of something much bigger.

Day 5 of our PRO – Project Readiness for Erasmus+ Organisations Training Course 🌍

We took a trip to the nearby city of Örebro, where we enjoyed lunch with a beautiful view 🍽️ and some well-deserved free time to explore, recharge, and experience the city at our own pace.

The highlight of the day was celebrating one of our participants’ birthdays 🎉 and focus on what truly matters: the youth voice. Some young people who have participated in Erasmus+ youth exchanges joined us to share their experiences, insights, and honest recommendations on what makes a high-quality Erasmus+ project 💬✨

After a cozy dinner together, we headed back to Kopparberg by train 🚆. The evening continued in different ways — some participants dove into our portable educational escape room 🧩, while others took the chance to rest and recharge for the final day ahead.

✨ APV completed!

We’ve just wrapped up our Advance Planning Visit (APV) for this summer’s youth exchange, “Be Green” — and this one is extra special.

The idea for “Be Green” was born last summer during our youth exchange “Be Ready”, where young people learned how to design and lead their own projects 💡
Now, that idea has come to life.

Asha and Ana from the original group returned, joined by Yaşar (Türkiye) and Esther (Spain), to finalise the programme, shape the activities, and take full ownership of the project 🤝

During the APV, they worked intensively to:
🗓️ finalise the daily programme
🎯 define roles and responsibilities
🧩 design engaging learning activities

It’s inspiring to see young people stepping up, taking the lead, and turning their ideas into a full youth exchange — supported by experienced group leaders along the way 🌱

We can’t wait to host “Be Green” this August in Sweden 🇸🇪

A few days ago, we wrapped up the international youth exchange “Be Healthy”, where young people from Sweden, Spain, and North Macedonia came together to explore how to improve both their physical and mental health 🌱

This was one of the most challenging youth exchanges we have ever implemented. It reminded us—clearly and strongly—why it is so important to protect, promote, and stand up for fundamental rights, equality, and human dignity. These are not just words, but core European values at the heart of the Erasmus+ programme 🇪🇺

Despite moments of turbulence, the group engaged deeply with the topic. Through our educational escape room on mental health, discussions about daily habits, and sessions on nutrition and physical activity, participants reflected on their lifestyles and started taking steps towards healthier choices 💬💪

They also designed and delivered their own “Be Healthy” workshops for other young people—turning learning into action.

At the same time, they built connections across cultures, shared experiences, and enjoyed the first signs of spring in Kopparberg and Örebro 🌸
