✨ New Community Event from one of our members ✨

We're delighted to share a new weekly Distance Reiki Share hosted by Reiki Association member Lara.

Created especially for people living with ME, Long Covid, Lyme disease, and post-viral fatigue, these gentle online sessions offer 20 minutes of Distance Reiki in a calm, silent space where everyone is welcome. There is no pressure, no advice, and no expectation. Simply an opportunity to rest and receive Reiki.

Lara, who lives with mild ME herself following shingles, has thoughtfully designed these sessions to be accessible for people with all levels of energy.

πŸ’™ Wednesdays at 7.30pm (30 minutes)

If you're a Reiki Association member, Lara would love to welcome volunteer practitioners to support this new initiative. The sessions are free for those receiving Reiki.

🌿 Honouring Mikao Usui Sensei 🌿

Today, 15th August, we remember the birth of Mikao Usui Sensei (1865–1926), founder of the system of Reiki that has touched the lives of people around the world.

More than 160 years after his birth, his teachings continue to be shared from teacher to student, practitioner to practitioner, connecting generations through Reiki practice and community.

Today we pause with gratitude for Usui Sensei, for those who carried his teachings forward, and for every person who continues to practise Reiki in their own life. πŸ™βœ¨
