The National General Assembly (NGA) is MedSIN-Sudan's premier biannual event (held in April and September), gathering over 600 members. As the association's highest decision-making body, it focuses on capacity building, LMO networking, and key policy actions like electing officials, amending constitutions, and approving new memberships.

Bullying doesn't continue because of the bully alone it also continues when others stay silent.
If you witness bullying: Speak up if it's safe, Support the person being bullied.
Report it to someone you trust. Never encourage hurtful behavior.
A small act of kindness can make a big difference. Let's choose to be Upstanders, not Bystanders, and help create a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
Bullying is not funny. Kindness is powerful.

Sometimes, what seems like "just a joke" can leave a lasting emotional wound.

📊 Did you know? Around 1 in 3 students aged 13–15 worldwide report being bullied at least once in the past month.

Bullying is more than hurtful words. It can lead to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loneliness, and loss of confidence. The pain isn't always visible, but it's real.

Before making a joke, ask yourself:
Will everyone laugh, or will someone go home hurting?

Choose kindness. Choose empathy. Because words have power, and bullying is never funny.
