✨ What happens when 24 youth workers from 8 European countries gather in Slovenia?
MAGIC happens! 🇸🇮👇

From August 20 to 28, 2024, participants from Bulgaria 🇧🇬, Croatia 🇭🇷, Greece 🇬🇷, Italy 🇮🇹, Poland 🇵🇱, Romania 🇷🇴, Slovenia 🇸🇮, and Spain 🇪🇸 met in Sunny Hills for the M.A.G.I.C. Training Course (Meaningful & Authentic Growth In Coaching).

Together, they explored coaching, the Dilts Pyramid, core values, and practical tools to support young people. Here is a glimpse of what our participants from Bulgaria took home:

This PBA will bring together youth workers, project coordinators, and decision-makers working with young people in small towns, rural areas, and marginalized communities across Europe.

✨ "Yes, and... Go! Entrepreneurial Resilience Through Improv" is an intensive training course designed to build essential life and work skills—not just business creation, but initiative, adaptability, collaboration, and learning from failure.

This mobility is for you if you want to:

✅ become more confident in expressing and developing your ideas;

✅ strengthen your creativity, initiative, adaptability and resilience;

✅ become more comfortable with uncertainty, risk-taking and failure;

✅ practice active listening, empathy and understanding people's real needs;

✨ “Stepping outside my comfort zone is often where the most growth happens.”

For Nikol, Co-Flow Training Course in Croatia was her first Erasmus+ experience — and one full of unexpected learning.

Through acro yoga, she discovered how important trust, communication and cooperation really are. Through theatre improvisation, she challenged herself to let go of self-consciousness, embrace the unknown and rediscover how much growth can happen outside the comfort zone.

Living and learning with people of different ages, backgrounds and countries also gave her a new perspective on teamwork, connection and openness.
