🎭 Yes, and… Go! | Training Course 🎭

Are you working with young people and looking for a more creative, practical, and human way to approach entrepreneurship? Join us in Bansko!

✨ "Yes, and... Go! Entrepreneurial Resilience Through Improv" is an intensive training course designed to build essential life and work skills—not just business creation, but initiative, adaptability, collaboration, and learning from failure.

This mobility is for you if you want to:

✅ become more confident in expressing and developing your ideas;

✅ strengthen your creativity, initiative, adaptability and resilience;

✅ become more comfortable with uncertainty, risk-taking and failure;

✅ practice active listening, empathy and understanding people's real needs;

✅ discover improv exercises that you can adapt to your own work with young people;

✅ experience how Design Thinking can support the journey from a challenge → to an idea → to action;

✅ create connections and explore possible future collaborations with other participants and organisations.

✨ “Stepping outside my comfort zone is often where the most growth happens.”

For Nikol, Co-Flow Training Course in Croatia was her first Erasmus+ experience — and one full of unexpected learning.

Through acro yoga, she discovered how important trust, communication and cooperation really are. Through theatre improvisation, she challenged herself to let go of self-consciousness, embrace the unknown and rediscover how much growth can happen outside the comfort zone.

Living and learning with people of different ages, backgrounds and countries also gave her a new perspective on teamwork, connection and openness.

🏔️ WANT TO LIVE IN A MOUNTAIN TOWN FOR 5 MONTHS & MAKE A REAL IMPACT? 🏔️

Zarika Association is looking for 4 motivated volunteers (ages 18-30) to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria, for the PIRINvolve ESC project!

📅 When: November 3, 2026 – April 2, 2027 (5 months)
📍 Where: Bansko, Bulgaria
💰 Fully funded: Twin-room accommodation in our volunteer house, travel reimbursement, visa support, health insurance, and 300 €/month for food and pocket money are all covered!

What you will be doing:
🎤 Co-host and create episodes for the Zarika Podcast.
🏫 Run creative and non-formal workshops for youth.
🌱 Organize community events on arts, culture, entrepreneurship, and sustainable living.
💡 Develop your own local green initiatives and projects.
🌍 Live and collaborate with an international team in a cozy mountain town.

Who are we looking for? You are 18–30 years old, legally reside in an ESC Programme Country, speak conversational English, and have a passion for youth work, non-formal education, or content creation!

Behind these moments is Future LAB Stockholm, a space where youth workers, project managers, trainers, and NGO leaders from different countries came together to learn, collaborate, and shape the future of youth work.

Together, we explored the future of what we do,
discussed digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and the future of Erasmus+, while creating new ideas, partnerships, and friendships that will hopefully continue long after the project.

We're very happy to have spend a week together with people who are the main actors of positive change in their communities and such an inspiration for youngsters!

The project was hosted by Future Train International and is co-funded by the European Union.

Сърцата ни са пълни след събитието „Писане заедно“. Гледаме тези кадри и пак усещаме тишината на съсредоточаването, шумоленето на хартията и радостта от споделеното творчество. 🧡 Беше прекрасно да се потопим в своя собствен flow и да творим в комфортна и подкрепяща среда.

Какво се случва, когато един шал се превърне в животни, предмети и фантастични същества, една стая оживее като гора, а група хора създаде извънземно коте-робот? ✨

Сдружение „Зарика“ проведе театрално-импровизационна работилница с младежи и възрастни от Дневен Център 'Здравец' Банско.

Чрез движение, жестове, думи, звуци и много въображение участниците изследваха различни начини за изразяване и общуване. Заедно играхме на „Огледало“, предавахме движения, превръщахме шала в магически предмет, създадохме жива картина на гората и построихме наша обща фантастична машина.

Благодарим от сърце на всички участници за тяхната отдаденост, смелост да опитват нови неща и готовност да развихрят въображението си. Всеки от тях допринесе със свои движения, думи, идеи и енергия и превърна срещата ни в истинско творческо преживяване.

Специални благодарности към целия екип на Дневен център „Здравец“, който неуморно подкрепяше участниците и помогна да прекараме едно невероятно и запомнящо се време заедно. 💛
