🌟 CLUB IMPACT BRAȘOV – ÎNSCRIERI DESCHISE! 🌟

Ce faci după școală poate însemna mai mult decât încă o activitate. Poate fi locul în care îți găsești oamenii, îți descoperi abilitățile și începi să faci lucruri care contează. 💛

La Clubul IMPACT, nu venim doar să facem voluntariat. Începem prin a ne cunoaște, a deveni o echipă și a învăța, prin educație non-formală și experiențe practice, skillurile de care avem nevoie pentru a transforma o idee într-o inițiativă reală.

🤝 Ne întâlnim săptămânal – ne jucăm, învățăm, discutăm și lucrăm împreună.
🧠 Învățăm prin experiență – încercăm, descoperim și avem propriile momente de „AHA!”.
🌱 Creăm proiecte pentru comunitate – pornim de la ideile noastre și le transformăm în proiecte de Service-Learning.
👫 Creștem împreună – învățăm să colaborăm, să luăm decizii și să ne susținem unii pe alții.
✨ Ne dezvoltăm în ritmul nostru – ne descoperim talentele, ne depășim temerile și găsim oportunități de creștere.

Și, pe lângă toate acestea, Clubul IMPACT îți poate deschide ușa către proiecte locale, experiențe internaționale și oportunități Erasmus+. 🌍

💛 Pentru cine?

Pentru tineri cu vârsta între 13 și 17 ani, care vor să se implice în comunitatea lor în următorul an școlar și sunt gata să aloce aproximativ 2 ore pe săptămână, după școală.

Am deschis înscrierile pentru seminarul GREEN AND CIRCULAR ECONOMY: Fair Trade contribution!

Te interesează cm putem face proiectele, organizațiile și comunitățile noastre mai sustenabile și responsabile? Acest seminar este o oportunitate de a descoperi alternative concrete pentru dezvoltare și implicare în comunitate.

Pe parcursul unei săptămâni, vom explora principiile economiei verzi și circulare, folosind comerțul echitabil (Fair Trade) ca exemplu practic. Vom descoperi politici, instrumente și metode pe care le putem aplica în gestionarea organizațiilor și proiectelor, dar și în lucrul cu tinerii și comunitățile.

Seminarul se va baza pe:
♻️ economie circulară și practici sustenabile
🌱 economie verde și gestionarea responsabilă a resurselor
🤝 comerț echitabil (Fair Trade) și dezvoltare comunitară
🌍 cetățenie globală și alternative pentru dezvoltarea comunităților
📋 instrumente și metode pentru management organizațional și de proiect
📱 dezvoltarea abilităților digitale și promovarea oportunităților Erasmus+ și europene

Este o oportunitate de a învăța metode și instrumente pe care le poți aplica mai departe în organizația, proiectele sau comunitatea ta, alături de participanți din alte țări.

Seminarul este organizat de Equação, Cooperativa de Comércio Justo, Crl (Equação) și este finanțat de Uniunea Europeană prin programul Erasmus+.

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 | The research phase is complete! 🎉

🗣️ What does career transition really look like for professional dancers?
Over the past months, the STEP consortium has worked closely with dancers and stakeholders across Greece 🇬🇷, Romania 🇷🇴, Italy 🇮🇹 and the Netherlands 🇳🇱, listening to their experiences and learning more about the realities of career transition in the performing arts.

🔎 Together, we completed:
◎ 4 National Mapping Reports
◎ 41 interviews with professional dancers
◎ 12 stakeholder interviews
◎ 7 focus groups
◎ A collection of experiences, challenges and recommendations that will guide the next stages of STEP

💡 What we learned during this research will now feed directly into the development of the STEP framework, training curriculum and practical tools, making sure they respond to the real experiences and needs of dancers.
💚 A huge thank you to every dancer, professional and stakeholder who gave their time, shared their stories and trusted us with their experiences. Your voices are at the heart of STEP and of what we create from here.

🔥 The research phase may be complete, but the next STEP starts now. Stay tuned as we turn what we learned into resources that can support dancers in navigating what comes after the stage.

After months of outreach, focus groups and stakeholder interviews across Romania, we’ve completed the research phase of STEP.

A huge thank you to every dancer and stakeholder who shared their experiences and helped make this possible. Your insights now feed directly into the project’s Research Implementation Report, led by our partner LOF.

Exciting milestone for the SEEN project! 🎉 On June 17th, the final Transnational Project Meeting took place in Kaunas, Lithuania, bringing together the whole consortium to look back on two years of great work — and to plan the final two months ahead.

One thing everyone agreed on: Artificial Intelligence and Social Entrepreneurship is a field that keeps growing and evolving. That's why we're already looking into new ways to keep this work going beyond SEEN.

At INIT-UJI, our Grupo IA³ research group is proud of the role we've played, especially in AI applications for business development and higher education. Thank you to all our partners for such a great collaboration — we can't wait to keep building on what SEEN has started! 🙌

🎥 Ready?

Apasă play și vino cu noi într-o călătorie . 💛
Un proiect se încheie, însă poveștile și impactul pe care le-a creat merg mai departe. 💙

În ultimul an, alături de elevi, profesori, voluntari și parteneri din șase comunități din județul Brașov, am construit mai mult decât o serie de ateliere. Am construit încredere, am descoperit noi perspective și am creat experiențe care au adus copiii mai aproape de propriul viitor.

Acest aftermovie surprinde doar o parte din momentele care au făcut posibil proiectul Tranziții spre Viitor.

Mulțumim tuturor celor care au contribuit la această călătorie și au demonstrat că schimbarea se construiește împreună. 💛

În luna aprilie, am participat la proiectul Erasmus+ „SHIFT: Training for Trainers” din Ommen, Țările de Jos. 🌍 A fost o experiență care ne-a provocat să ieșim din zona de confort, să construim conexiuni autentice 🤝 și să descoperim metode noi de facilitare a activităților cu impact. ✨

Întorși acasă, ne-am dorit să dăm mai departe tot ce am învățat, așa că am organizat un workshop dedicat colaborării, în care participanții au avut ocazia să învețe prin experiență și să descopere cât de importantă este munca în echipă. 💡

🎥 În video am capturat momente din timpul activității, unde energia, implicarea și învățarea au mers mână în mână.

Ce am făcut împreună? 👇

🤝 Am explorat Scara Cooperării, un concept care ne ajută să înțelegem mai bine cm construim relații și colaborăm eficient în cadrul unui grup.

🧩 Apoi am trecut prin activități dinamice de echipă, în care comunicarea, încrederea și sincronizarea au fost esențiale.

🚀 Am pus imediat teoria în practică, rezolvând provocări de grup și învățând unii de la alții prin experiență.

💙 Pentru noi, asta înseamnă diseminarea unui proiect Erasmus+: să aducem acasă ceea ce am învățat, să împărtășim mai departe și să contribuim la dezvoltarea comunității. 🙌
