PLUS PHOTO is an Erasmus+ project led by EDU.IN with the aim of developing and
testing a non-formal curriculum to awaken and boost people´s imagination and
creativity through digital photography, as part of a process of personal and

community identity. The COVID-19 pandemic, the wars in Ukraine and Gaza, the new economic crisis
and the climate threat (high and dry temperatures, heavy rains and floods,
devastating storms) are all traumatic events that have created insecurity and fear for
many people and communities. PLUS PHOTO uses photography as an instrument of personal and community
reaction to adverse events, enabling people to strengthen self-awareness and critical
thinking to better adapt to new social realities and be co-builders of inclusive and
supportive communities. The project is led by EDU.IN - Associaçāo para a Educaçāo Integral, and its partners
are Fundación INTRAS, from Spain, and the volunteer organization MOV Lucania,
from Italy.
