Tomorrow we will have a special summer Cyborg Library edition gathering.

This time we ask you to bring something that connects to our theme. It can be a story, a tool, a dance, a poem, an artefact or something else you think is connected with the cyborg library, so in the interconnections of technology, nature, humans and the way we tell stories. If you want to present feel free, we will as always also have some time to create during the session.

Afterwards we plan to go to get some drinks, come and join us :)

This week we will have the last Cyborg
Library gathering of this season, where we will continue to explore
speculative fabulation through the works of .pt, and it will be hosted by and .geradeaus

This speculative design workshop explores Timothy Morton’s Q***r Ecology through their conceptual figure of the Strange Stranger, who makes all beings equally strange and equally familiar, dissolving the boundaries between the human, natural and artificial worlds. Through collaborative storytelling games, we will imagine more-than-human futures together, and bring them to life in the present through speculative design.

No dia 14 de junho junta-te a nós para voar papagaios em solidariedade com a Palestina no Parque Eduardo VII.
No fim de semana anterior, dias 6 e 7 de junho, vamos organizar oficinas para construir papagaios às 15h no MILL.
Os lugares nas oficinas são limitados, Para inscrições, enviar email para [email protected] com o nome e contacto dos participantes e indicar se vão participar crianças.
As inscrições são importantes para podermos planear a oficina e certificar-nos que temos materiais suficientes.

On June 14th, join us for kite flying in solidarity with Palestine at Eduardo VII Park.
The previous weekend, June 6th and 7th, we will be holding kite-making workshops at 3 PM at MILL.
Spaces at the workshops are limited. To reserve your spot, send an email to: [email protected] with the name and contact details of the participants and whether you will bring children.

Registrations are important so we can plan the workshop and make sure we have enough materials for everyone.
