A FULL -CIRCLE MOMENT
One of my very first students performed in my production, and some of my earliest students came to watch the show — this time, with their own kids by their side.
Watching the journey come alive across generations is a feeling beyond words. Forever grateful for this beautiful circle. ❤️
From teaching them their first steps to watching them perform, return, and bring their children to witness the magic — today was a powerful reminder of purpose- why I started teaching and creating in the first place.

So much gratitude, love, and pride in one frame. Moments like these make every rehearsal, every struggle (we do not have a space to do our classes and rehearsals), and every dream worth it. ❤️✨
Also my present students I can never figure out where they hide such a large bouquet .....

MUDRAS | A LINGUAGEM SECRETA DAS MÃOS Podemos contar histórias com as nossas mãos?
Na dança clássica indiana, os gestos são como um alfabeto em que cada movimento das mãos se transforma em palavras, emoções e personagens que evocam o imaginário e as histórias.
Através de um rico vocabulário de mudras (movimentos das mãos) contam-se histórias inteiras – de deuses, estações, animais e sentimentos – sem usar uma única palavra.
Nesta oficina convidamos os participantes a explorar narrativas que se entrelaçam entre os gestos das nossas mãos e o eloquente silêncio que os acompanha.
Nesta oficina vamos:
- Aprender mudras básicos;
- Explorar a combinação de gestos, expressões faciais e postura de modo a criar uma pequena história;
- Descobrir o significado cultural e simbólico de gestos comuns.
Artista, dançarino, educador ou apenas um simples curioso, nesta oficina cada participante poderá descobrir e experienciar uma nova forma de se expressar – através das suas mãos. Bilhetes :

ISHA artes was invited to present Indian dance at Festival Todos. After the performance which were presented in different locals. A final one was presented before A multicultural march started where different cultures joined to walk promoting cultural inclusivity .
