A nossa missão abaixo da superficie do mar:
O objetivo principal do projeto KIDS DIVE (www.kidsdive.pt) é / não é:
1) É trazer a paixão pelo mar a todos aqueles que conseguirmos alcançar/Não é mostrar apenas a superfície do mar;
2) É fazê-lo da forma mais ativa possível com batismos de mergulho, workshops práticos e saídas de campo/Não é um conjunto de palestras aleatórias;
3) É estimular a curio
sidade e promover a superação pessoal incentivando todos a trilhar o seu próprio caminho/Não é debitar informação e esperar que no dia seguinte todos se lembrem dos detalhes;
4) É contribuir para uma sociedade mais informada, ativa e participativa/Não é esperar que os problemas nos alcancem dentro de 20 min. ou de 20 anos;
5) É um Projeto Educativo em que todas as acções estão interligadas entre si (p.e. o batismo de mergulho inclui atividades tratadas nos workshops)/Não é uma amálgama de atividades sem sentido;
6) É para si e para todos dos 8-88 anos, embora seja pensado para os 8-17 anos, porque são eles que vão herdar este planeta que eventualmente lhes iremos deixar! Our mission under the sea surface:
The main objective of the KIDS DIVE project (www.kidsdive.pt) is / is not:
1) It is to bring the passion for the sea to you and everybody else / It is not just to show the surface of the sea;
2) It is to do it in the most active way possible with diving baptisms, practical workshops and field trips / It is not a random set of lectures;
3) It is to stimulate curiosity and promote personal overcoming by encouraging everyone to follow their own path / It is not to drawn people with information and hope that the next day everyone will remember the details;
4) It is to contribute to a more informed, active and participative society / It is not to wait for problems to reach us within 20 min. or 20 years;
5) It is an Educational Project in which all the actions are interconnected (e.g. the diving baptism includes activities dealt with in the workshops) / It is not an amalgamation of meaningless disconnected activities;
6) It is for you and for everyone from 8-88 years old, although it is thought for 8-17 years old, because they are the ones who will inherit this planet that we will eventually leave them!
