🌊 Dia da Mulher... no Mar
Nos dias 7 e 8 de março, a equipa Seawoman participou na Greenwich Women's Cup, na , em Altea, celebrando o Dia da Mulher da melhor forma possível: no mar.
Com 11 equipas, 6 barcos Tom 28 e um formato de fleet race com arbitragem em direto, regatas intensas, algumas decididas em photo finish, num fim-de-semana de pouco vento, mas cheio de espírito de equipa e muita diversão.
A equipa Seawoman juntou quatro nacionalidades (Portugal 🇵🇹, Itália 🇮🇹, Polónia 🇵🇱 e Grécia 🇬🇷) numa tripulação muito especial: pela primeira vez conseguimos reunir uma equipa composta exclusivamente por Juízas de Regata, todas com experiência internacional. Uma oportunidade única para trocar perspetivas entre quem normalmente observa as regatas… desta vez a competir dentro de água.
Foi um enorme privilégio representar a Seawoman e partilhar o campo de regatas com equipas incríveis e uma organização que tornou este evento possível.

On March 7–8, the Seawoman team took part in the Greenwich Women's Cup at Greenwich Marina in Altea, celebrating the International Women's Day in the best possible way: on the water.
With 11 teams, 6 Tom 28 boats, and an umpired fleet racing format with some photo-finish moments. Despite the light winds and limited number of races, the weekend was filled with learning, teamwork, and a lot of fun.
The Seawoman crew brought together four nationalities (Portugal 🇵🇹, Italy 🇮🇹, Poland 🇵🇱 and Greece 🇬🇷) in a very special team. For the first time, we managed to form a crew made entirely of Race Officials, most of them international judges. A unique chance for those who usually judge races from the sidelines to compete on the racecourse themselves.
It was a privilege to represent Seawoman and share the racecourse with such inspiring teams and a fantastic race committee and umpire team.
