Embodiment of the new paradigm human is not any embodiment. It is the awakening of your blueprint and crystallisation of your spirit into form, place and purpose.

Our retreats and experiences at Neos Center are not typical retreats and experiences. They offer both deep regeneration and the activation of your alignment with this time and the vision that Mother Earth and Spirit are igniting in your heart.

Your main facilitator is Neos co-founder Karen Aiyana Birch, with two decades of expertise in these topics.

The journey begins with the Neos Experience retreats — an opening into everything we’re offering, from awakening to village building.

The next edition is September 9-13. This post gives you a snapshot of the schedule.

Next year it will deepen into a longer immersion experience, followed by the launch of our flagship leadership program.

What is the education and environment for children going to be like at Neos Village?

The educational content will be based on the same framework as what we’ve already started for adults: the key skills — belonging within the 3 Dimensions of Self, Relational, and Environmental — that all humans need to empower themselves in as we shift into a new world.

Currently, even most adults on this planet don’t have these skills. We wonder who will be teaching who? ☺️

Besides that the village itself plus the community culture is designed to create natural ways for children to grow up held by the land and the whole community.
