diversITy - What Health? A Health Literacy project implemented by the Aga Khan Foundation Portugal

The DiversITy project (Oct 2020-Sept 2022) is funded by the Portugal Inovação Social (Parcerias para o Impacto), co funded by private investments, and implemented in collaboration with the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. By engaging a small group of ‘writers of various languages’ and Portuguese health professionals, DiversITy’s goal is to jointly create information resources to improve health literacy amongst people of diverse origins living in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.
