Are you ready to live in one of the most exciting conscious villages in the world? 🌎

Today we have opened applications to reserve one of 15 homes in Neos Village at COST.

Why? We are not a real estate development just interested in profit. Nor are we a hippy commune trying to escape the world.

Our mission is to create an authentic model of iconic regenerative living that inspires the planet.

This month we are offering three in each of five home categories, plus a signature villa. Yet when they are gone, they are gone!

Last year we sold 22 homes to our Founding Member group. Next year the prices will necessarily be 30% higher to fund the whole village development and its world-class community facilities.

If this is speaking to you, now is the time to act. 🔥

This is not an open registration for whoever comes first with the most cash. We are looking for people who are genuinely ready to contribute to a shared vision, do their inner work, and model a new way of being.

Over the past months, we’ve been quietly bubbling away with the masterplanning and process with the local authorities (who are excited about the national significance of Neos Village)!

On Wednesday we open applications for a limited group of new village members, and begin a process that will close again at the end of June.

With every year, we feel the growing urgency for places like Neos to exist - large scale sanctuaries where those in service to a new earth can collaborate and live well together.

The most beautiful part of .center has always been the energy that every person who comes here experiences.

The translucency, expansiveness, deep peace, and restorative silence - not physically (the birds, precious and roosters are always present) - but somatically, heals the soul.

The center is still a restoration project physically, but more and more it transforms - alongside us.

More importantly there are seemingly endless moments to fully breathe, and find your piece of sanctuary and magic… even in the more ordinary places, like taking in the views from the deck, gazing at flowers in the gardens, reading a book in the lounge, or finding magical stones on our sandy crystal paths.

You never need to go far… though you might want to, as there’s 1000 acres to explore after all 😅

Celebrating Neos community 🫶 As we approach the 1 year anniversary of arriving on this land, we’re reflecting with gratitude and joy the last two months of shared moments with team and volunteers, village members, retreat guests and those that have become family.

As the world gets crazier, Neos becomes a timeline of sanctuary, community, land self-sufficiency, inner freedom, and global solution.

We couldn’t feel more gratitude for being on this path of stewardship.

Thank you all those that have touched our hearts and are part of this journey. ✨
