It’s beautiful to see the article Alex wrote after a beautiful tour in May last year.
It’s also beautiful to see Leonor’s name there, who has been one of the main guides and such a strong presence in shaping this project into what it is today.
Proud to see something we’ve built with many hands, including the historical research by , and with partners like .lisboa as our restaurant collaborator, and to see this kind of feedback coming back to us.
At the same time, and with all of this, there is also sadness around the political shifts and the rise we are witnessing in Portugal, with rising prices and people increasingly losing access to housing, leisure, and basic goods.
It feels bittersweet, but we remain grateful to see our work being recognised, and we stay strong in continuing to push forward.
