Wait until vehicles stop before crossing.

A pedestrian crossing does not guarantee safety.
Drivers may not see you.
Vehicles may not be able to stop in time.
Distractions happen.
Road conditions change.
Mechanical failures occur.

Pedestrian collisions represent about 23% of global road deaths,
with higher risk in urban areas and at night.

A few seconds of prevention can save a life.
Yours.
