Only 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Sintra, our 9-hectare farm opens its gates for a full day of deep nourishment, connection and reset.
This is an invitation to slow down.
To breathe differently.
To step out of the noise and return to yourself.
On this Sunday, we welcome a small circle of people into our home — into the quiet beauty of nature, into fire, water, movement and presence.
We are Inez & Julie — two soul sisters living and working in devotion to Source.
Inez walks the path of devotion to the elements. As a yoga teacher, fire keeper and bodyworker, she weaves movement, ritual and touch into experiences that awaken inner strength and deep surrender. With Portuguese roots and an engineer’s mind devoted to sustainability, she bridges structure and spirit — inviting others to reconnect with their natural rhythm and the intelligence of the body.
Julie moves between worlds — body and energy, voice and silence. As a Spinal Flow practitioner, energy worker and actress, she is devoted to unlocking the stories held within the nervous system. Her work blends intuition, sound, presence and subtle awareness to help others reconnect with their vitality and truth.
Together, we balance structure and flow, earth and movement — creating a space where both strength and softness are welcome.

NEW MOON IN CANCER | CIRCLE WITH | MONDAY 17TH OF JULY | 5.30PM - 7PM | 25€
This beautiful upcoming New Moon in Cancer invites us to explore our feminine energy, whether we identify as a man, a woman, or anything else.
Being comfortable with our feminine energy does not mean being soft, passive or trying to appear as someone charming all the time. It reflects on our capacity to feeeeeeeeeeeel emotions in a specific situation, rather than thinking what’s good or right. It is about honouring the truth of our heart in the moment and giving permission to explore all range of feelings without judging them. It means being open enough in order for our bodies to become strong vessels channelling information and energies around and literally making love with them, like we would make love with a lover.
So the questions we will ask ourselves are - how can we be an invitation for love and how can we be vulnerable enough so we lean into our truest heart expression without losing ourselves ?
In astrology, Cancer is a Water sign and one of the Cardinal signs (alongside with Capricorn, Libra and Aries) and represents our emotional body. The sign is associated with traits of sweetness, melancholy, empathy,. And that is because the sign is ruled by the Moon herself. Therefore, it also embodies our relationship with our mothers or any mothering figures.
In this circle, we will :
1. Meditate and express our feminine expressions through movements, music and fire breath.
2. Learn more about the astrological background of a New Moon and the Cancer archetype, including in retrospective with the Full Moon in Capricorn which occurred right before.
3. Reflect on the moments in the past 12 months where we felt the most vulnerable and in tune with our emotions vs. the moments where we wanted to take control over our feelings. The challenges and the learnings.
4. Set intentions regarding the theme of the sign for the month to come.
