Join Dorado Cares this Saturday, October 17, as we come together to prepare 600 meals for families facing food insecurity in Vega Baja 🍽️

Whether you're helping with meal prep, cooking, packing, or cleanup, every helping hand makes an impact!

When a child is hospitalized, their family needs care and support, too. Dorado Cares is helping fund the Family Center at the Dr. Antonio Ortiz University Pediatric Hospital—a space designed to support families while their children receive care.

During our recent visit with Fundación Hospital Pediátrico, we learned more about the hospital’s projects and how our contribution can help meet the needs of patients and their families.

Joining the visit were Puerto Rico’s Secretary of Health, Dr. Víctor Ramos; ASEM Executive Director, Dr. Regino Alsina; the hospital’s Medical Director, Dr. Ricardo García; and Executive Director, Lic. Vanderdys, alongside friends, and guests.

Thank you to Rebeca Quiñones, Executive Director of Fundación Hospital Pediátrico, and the Foundation and hospital teams for their dedication to Puerto Rico’s children and the families by their side.

Cuando un niño está hospitalizado, su familia también necesita atención y apoyo. Dorado Cares está contribuyendo al financiamiento del Centro Familiar del Hospital Pediátrico Universitario Dr. Antonio Ortiz, un espacio diseñado para brindar apoyo a las familias mientras sus niños reciben atención médica.

Durante nuestra reciente visita junto a la Fundación Hospital Pediátrico, tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer más sobre los proyectos del hospital y cómo nuestra aportación puede ayudar a atender las necesidades de los pacientes y sus familias.

En esta importante visita nos acompañaron el secretario de Salud de Puerto Rico, Dr. Víctor Ramos; el director ejecutivo de ASEM, Dr. Regino Alsina; el director médico del hospital, Dr. Ricardo García; y el director ejecutivo, Lic. Vanderdys, junto a amigos e invitados especiales.

Agradecemos a Rebeca Quiñones, directora ejecutiva de la Fundación Hospital Pediátrico, así como a los equipos de la Fundación y del hospital, por su dedicación y compromiso con los niños de Puerto Rico y las familias que los acompañan.

What an incredible experience at PromTástico! 💛✨

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to be part of an event that brought together students from across Puerto Rico for a day filled with energy, teamwork, fun, and purpose.

At Dorado Cares, we believe in creating opportunities that empower our youth and strengthen our communities, and seeing these students show up for their schools made this experience even more meaningful.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring PromTástico to life and to every student who made the day unforgettable.

We loved being part of it and can’t wait to see where all that energy takes you next! 💛

A day filled with energy, teamwork, and purpose. 💛✨

PromTástico brought students together to compete, connect, and give it their all while raising funds for their schools—and we loved every second of being part of it.

From the challenges to the celebrations, the energy throughout the day was unforgettable.

At , we continue building strategic connections within Puerto Rico’s emergency preparedness and response ecosystem alongside Yohed Orama of ASG and Luis Cruz of NMEAD.

These collaborations help connect our capabilities in logistics, food security, healthcare support, infrastructure, volunteer mobilization, and our Community Hub with more coordinated and effective response network.

Because preparedness also means working together, aligning efforts, and turning resources into solutions for our communities ⚜️💛

We’re looking for volunteers for PromTástico, October 6 & 7 at Auditorio Pachín Vicéns in Ponce 💛

Join us as 200 public school juniors and seniors come together to raise money for their schools.

We’re looking for 20 volunteers to help facilitate the event and be part of this special experience supporting Puerto Rico’s public school community
Accommodation in Ponce will be provided.

Estamos buscando voluntarios para PromTástico, este 6 y 7 de octubre en el Auditorio Pachín Vicéns en Ponce 💛

Acompáñanos mientras 200 estudiantes de grado 11 y 12 de escuelas públicas se unen para recaudar fondos para sus escuelas.

Estamos buscando 20 voluntarios que nos ayuden a facilitar el evento y a ser parte de esta experiencia especial en apoyo a la comunidad de escuelas públicas de Puerto Rico.

Se proveerá alojamiento en Ponce.

At Dorado Cares, impact goes beyond funding projects—it’s about building lasting opportunities for our communities ⚜️💛

At the Toa Baja Youth Multi-Sport Complex, a nearly 40-year-old handball court is being transformed into a three-court battery, complete with a half-court basketball court and new bathrooms.

The project will also connect with our adjacent soccer complex and renovated grandstand, creating a stronger, more accessible space for youth and families.

This is impact you can see, use, and grow with—investing in infrastructure that strengthens communities for generations to come.

We build. We connect. We create lasting impact.

En Dorado Cares, nuestro impacto va más allá de financiar proyectos: se trata de crear oportunidades duraderas para nuestras comunidades ⚜️💛

En el Complejo Multideportivo Juvenil de Toa Baja, una cancha de handball con casi 40 años de antigüedad está siendo transformada en un complejo de tres canchas, que incluirá una cancha de baloncesto de media cancha y nuevos baños.

El proyecto también se conectará con nuestro complejo de fútbol adyacente y las gradas renovadas, creando un espacio más completo y accesible para jóvenes y familias.

Este es un impacto que se puede ver, aprovechar y disfrutar por generaciones: una inversión en infraestructura que fortalece nuestras comunidades hoy y hacia el futuro.
