One of the many meaningful commitments written by the youth of Barangays Lawaan I & II during the rollout of the Summer Youth Health & Wellness Caravan, reflecting the importance of creating spaces where young people can openly express themselves and be genuinely heard.

The activity encouraged participants to share their thoughts, engage in guided discussions, and reflect on responsible decision-making for their health and overall well-being.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the youth of Lawaan I & II for their active participation throughout the session. We also thank the Barangay Officials and SK Councils for their warm welcome and continued support in strengthening youth health initiatives in the community.

Womenโ€™s health should not be a privilege.

On this International Day of Action for Women's Health, we stand with the women in our communities who navigate systemic barriers to health. The Zuellig Family Foundation (ZFF) works toward a society where every woman receives the care she deserves at every stage of her life. ZFF expands access to family planning services and works to reduce adolescent pregnancies in communities across the country. Today, we recommit to protecting womenโ€™s health and amplifying their voices.

The Paranas Peer Educatorsโ€™ Network (PPEN) officially kicked off the Summer Youth Health & Wellness Caravan with active, participative, and empowered young people from the barangay.

From discussions to engaging activities, today reminded us that when youth are given safe spaces to learn, express, and participate, real impact happens.

Thank you, Barangay Tutubigan, for warmly welcoming us and to all the participants who shared their energy, insights, and commitment towards a healthier and more informed communities. Special thanks as well to the SK and Barangay Council for their support and partnership in making this activity possible.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to LGU Paranas for the support, assistance, and resources provided for this initiative, especially to Mayor Elvie Babalcon and Vice Mayor Atty. Eunice Babalcon for helping us make this activity possible for the youth of Paranas.

We are excited to share that the ๐๐š๐ซ๐š๐ง๐š๐ฌ ๐๐ž๐ž๐ซ ๐„๐๐ฎ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌโ€™ ๐๐ž๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค is officially launching the ๐’๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก ๐š๐ง๐ ๐–๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐‚๐š๐ซ๐š๐ฏ๐š๐งโ€” a barangay-to-barangay initiative that brings adolescent-friendly health services, peer-led sessions, and meaningful conversations closer to the youth of Paranas.

In partnership with LGU Paranas, Adolescent-Friendly Health Facility (AFHF), LYDO, and the SK Federation, this initiative gathers trained peer educators to create safe, guided, and youth-friendly spaces within our communities.

The caravan will feature health education sessions and discussions on adolescent health, reproductive health, SOGIESC, youth rights, and overall wellnessโ€” helping young people become more informed, empowered, and aware of their wellbeing.

Expect relatable conversations, safe spaces to ask questions, and practical learning that encourages the youth to make informed and healthy choices.

One barangay at a time, we are making youth health education more reachable, more relatable, and more real.
