The City Government of Tanauan, led by Mayor Sonny Perez Collantes and Vice Mayor Dodong Panganiban Ablao, continues to strengthen its efforts to create more employment opportunities for Tanaueños and advance Workforce Development in the city.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was formally signed between the City Government of Tanauan and the Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors – South Luzon Chapter (PALSCON South Luzon Chapter), represented by its President, Rodolfo “Jon” Aguilar Jr. The partnership aims to strengthen collaboration between the local government and legitimate service contractors in promoting workforce development, responsible employment practices, and compliance with the regulations of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

Under the agreement, PALSCON South Luzon Chapter will work closely with PESO Tanauan City, led by PESO Manager Mr. Edison M. Jallores, in bringing employment programs and job opportunities closer to Tanaueños, while promoting proper and responsible services in the labor sector. This partnership reflects the continued commitment of the Tanauan City Government and PESO Tanauan City to build stronger partnerships, expand employment opportunities, and support a more skilled and productive workforce for the people of Tanauan.

Qualifications:
• At least High School Graduate
• Preferably with TESDA Certification in Driving and/or vocational training in Automotive/Engine Mechanics
• Familiarity with electro-mechanical equipment and controls
• Familiarity with efficient vehicle maintenance programs
• Proven experience in driving and mechanics for various types of vehicles under the appropriate license class
10. HR – PAYROLL

Qualifications:
• Degree related to Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration
• Associate’s Degree or combination of education and experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll preparation, and other HR-related functions
• Proven work experience as Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk, or similar role
• Knowledge/experience with HRIS and accounting software
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and payroll practices
11. FLEET SUPERVISOR
Location: Banay-Banay, Cabuyao, Laguna
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any course, preferably Logistics/Operations
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field as Supervisor
• Keen on planning, scheduling, and routing of truck fleet
• High integrity and work ethics
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
12. QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR
Location: Banay-Banay, Cabuyao, Laguna
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least 3 years relevant work experience in Quality Control/Assurance or similar field as Team Lead/Supervisor preferred
• Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus
