Earlier today, the Interact Club came together for a clean-up drive in the river of Brgy. Maruja Poblacion 1, Tanauan City, Batangas with a shared purpose—to care for our environment and protect what we all depend on.

As we cleaned the river, we were reminded that these natural spaces are not just part of our surroundings, but part of our daily lives. They provide for us, sustain us, and connect our community. In return, it is our responsibility to take care of them.

This activity was a simple act of giving back to nature. Through small efforts and teamwork, we were able to make a difference, one step at a time.

As members of the Interact Club, we are committed to continuing this responsibility—caring for the environment not only today, but in the days to come.

We, the ICLS together with the Grade 11 students of Lilyrose Educational Foundation Inc., believe that Glow & Grow is the key to building cleanliness for our future! ✨

Today, January 31, the 6th Annual Red Cross Blood Donation Drive of ICLS was successfully held.

In partnership with the Philippine Red Cross – Batangas Chapter, the Interact Club of Lilyrose Educational Foundation, Inc. came together with donors and volunteers who chose to help in the simplest yet most meaningful way—by giving blood.

Each donation was an act of care, offering hope to patients and comfort to families in need. Through everyone’s kindness and support, lives were touched and help reached those who needed it most. 💉🤍

Through Project Alisto and SafeKey, the Interact Club of Lilyrose Educational Foundation, Inc. stands firm in promoting self-defense, preparedness, and mindfulness of our surroundings — because being ready can save lives. 🤝💪

This January, we proudly open our doors once again for the 6th Annual Red Cross Blood Donation Drive of ICLS!

For six meaningful years, the Interact Club of Lilyrose Educational Foundation Inc. , in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross – Batangas Chapter, has remained committed to a single mission: saving lives through voluntary blood donation. Each year, donors step forward with courage and compassion proof that even a single act can create ripples of hope for countless individuals in need.

📍 Venue: Lilyrose School Gymnasium
📅 Date: January 31
⏰ Time: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

🩸 Why donate?
One bag of blood has the power to save up to three lives—from accident victims to patients undergoing surgery, to those battling life-threatening illnesses. Your kindness today could become someone else’s tomorrow.

⚠️ IMPORTANT PRE-DONATION REMINDERS:
To ensure a safe and successful donation, please take note of the following:
✔ You must be in good health
✔ Ages 16–17 must present a written guardian’s consent
✔ Ages 18–60 are generally accepted
✔ 61 years old must have donated before their 61st birthday
✔ Minimum weight: 110 lbs (50 kg)
✔ Blood pressure must be within the safe range
✔ Get at least 5 hours of quality sleep
✔ Eat proper meals and avoid fatty foods
✔ Drink plenty of fluids (a glass of water before donating is highly advised)
✔ No alcohol intake within 12 hours
✔ Medications and medical history will be assessed by a PRC physician
✔ Females on their monthly period may donate if they pass the Hgb check

✈️ Travel & Health Advisory:
Donors with recent travel to malaria-endemic areas, COVID-19 affected countries, or recent illnesses such as colds, cough, or fever may be temporarily deferred for everyone’s safety.

Sa Puso ng Pasko | Year 2

On December 23, we brought simple gifts—made possible by the generosity of others—for the children of Poblacion 1, Tanauan City, Batangas. What we thought would be a small act of giving turned out to be one of the most meaningful experiences for us. Seeing their laughter, their wide smiles, and their excitement made everything we did feel worth it.

We started with games, and just watching them run around, cheer, and play together filled the day with so much warmth. Then came the gift-giving, and every little gift we handed out brought a sparkle to their eyes that we’ll never forget. It reminded us that giving isn’t really about the gift itself—it’s about the care, the thought, and the heart behind it.

That day, we didn’t just give. We shared our time, our energy, and our hearts. And in return, we left with full hearts too—reminded that the real joy of giving comes from being present, being sincere, and wanting to make someone else’s day just a little brighter. 🤍🎁

It’s a wrap!

As the 2025 season comes to an end, Kumukutikutitap Year 2 leaves us with so much to be thankful for. This wasn’t really about caroling. It was about showing up for the people we serve, even when our voices were getting hoarse and our feet were already sore. Walking through Brgy. Balele, Tanauan City, Batangas, we sang with tired voices but sincere hearts, knowing every song meant something beyond the night.

Hangga’t may tinig na bumoboses, hindi titigil ang aming hangaring maglingkod. Every door that opened, every smile we were met with, reminded us why we started in the first place.

Thank you to everyone who welcomed us, listened, and supported our cause. This season taught us that service doesn’t have to be loud to be meaningful—sometimes, it just sounds like people singing with heart. 🤍
