Behind every successful event of the Sangguniang Kabataan is the dedication, artistic vision, and tireless effort of Secretary Jayr Espanto. From the stunning program layouts and eye-catching tarpaulins to the elegant invitations and seamless coordination with guests and judges, his touch brings a high level of creativity and sophistication to everything our council produces.

Beyond his artistic talents, he remains a passionate education advocate and an empowered Badasanon who consistently sets the standard for youth leadership.

Thank you for bringing life, color, and excellence to every program and project. We appreciate all that you do for our community and youth!

May this year bring you more inspiration, success, and endless opportunities to shine. Enjoy your special day! 🎉🎂

𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦, 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗥. 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗬𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗢𝗡𝗡𝗜𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧!🎉

Chrystal’s journey is a powerful reminder that our beginnings do not define our destination. As the daughter of a hardworking and proud fruit vendor, Chrystal witnessed firsthand the sweat and sacrifice it took to provide for their family. Today, she honors that legacy by becoming the final piece of their family's professional puzzle—the last sibling to earn her degree and now, her license.

We also hold space for a bittersweet victory. While we deeply feel the recent loss of her father, we know he is looking down with immeasurable pride, seeing his daughter reach the finish line he dreamed of for her. 🕊️❤️

Congratulations, Engineer! You are the living proof that with faith, hard work, and the support of a loving family, no goal is out of reach!
