The aim of the Scout Youth Forum is to give young scouts a voice in decision-making and help them develop leadership, confidence, and responsibility. It encourages youth to share their ideas, discuss important issues, and work together to improve the scouting movement and their communities. Through this forum, scouts learn how to communicate effectively, make plans, and become active and responsible leaders.

This, 𝕯𝖊𝖈𝖊𝖒𝖇𝖊𝖗 31, 2025, we proudly celebrate the 79𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 - 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥

For nearly eight decades, the council has stood as a pillar of 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿, and 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 molding 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 who are always 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 to serve 𝗚𝗼𝗱, 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆, and 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀.

This milestone honors the 𝘂𝗻𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of our 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁s, 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀, and 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀, who continue to strengthen the movement through 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, and 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲.

As we welcome another year, we move forward with 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, guided by the 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗢𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗮𝘄, and inspired to build 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, and 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲-𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.

On December 31, 2025, everyone is invited to participate in the Holy Mass at 5 AM at Surigao City Bilang-Bilang Church.

Let us come together in thanksgiving as we continue our mission of serving God, country, and others.

Ngayong araw ay ginugunita natin ang ika-164 na kaarawan ng ating Pambansang Bayani, Dr. Jose Rizal—isang huwaran ng katalinuhan, tapang at pagmamahal sa bayan.

Nawa'y sariwain natin ang kanyang paalala: “Ang kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan.” Patuloy kaming mga Scout sa pagtupad sa panawagang ito sa gawa, hindi lang sa salita.
