Philippine Red Cross Cavite Chapter - Silang Branch is an autonomous, non-government and a non-profit humanitarian organization.

The branch and extension office of the Philippine Red Cross Cavite Chapter located in the Municipality of Silang, Province of Cavite delivering Red Cross services closer to the Caviteños. Born officially in 1947, Philippine Red Cross (PRC), a member of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, has roots that trace back to the revolutionary days. It is committed to providing quality li

fe-saving services that protect life and dignity, especially of indigent Filipinos in vulnerable situations. The Philippine Red Cross is made up of men and women from all walks of life. It is the tale of hundreds of thousands of ordinary people who devoted their time and resources to help the poorest of the poor. They are professionally trained to lend a helping hand to those in need – whoever, whenever, and wherever they may be. The PRC has been established 60 years ago. Before, the PRC used to be involved only in providing blood and in disaster-related activities and short-term palliatives. Now it also focuses on a holistic approach to uplift the condition of the most vulnerable and a wider array of humanitarian services. At present, the PRC provides six major services: Blood Services, Disaster Management, Safety Services, Community Health and Nursing, Social Services, and the Volunteer Services. All of them embody the fundamental principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement – humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity, and universality. 🛡️ LIGTAS TIGDAS: Protektahan ang Ating mga Anak! ❤️

📅 Ngayong August 10–28, 2026, hinihikayat namin ang lahat ng mga magulang sa Silang, Cavite na pabakunahan ang kanilang mga anak laban sa tigdas (measles) at rubella.

Sa pamamagitan ng Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR SIA), mabibigyan ng dagdag na proteksyon ang ating mga kabataan upang maiwasan ang malubhang komplikasyon ng tigdas, tulad ng pulmonya, encephalitis, at maging pagkamatay.

💉 Libre ang bakuna!
👶 Para sa mga batang edad 6–59 months.
📍 Magtungo sa pinakamalapit na Health Center, fixed o temporary vaccination site, o hintayin ang mga vaccination teams na iikot sa inyong barangay.

Ang Philippine Red Cross – Cavite Chapter, sa pamamagitan ng Silang Branch, ay kaisa ng Department of Health, Municipality of Silang – Local Health Unit/RHU, at ng Provincial Government of Cavite sa pagsusulong ng ligtas at malusog na kinabukasan para sa bawat batang Silangueño.

❤️ A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Generous Donors! ❤️

The Philippine Red Cross Cavite Chapter – Silang Branch extends its sincerest appreciation to everyone who generously shared their in-kind and monetary donations in support of our branch/chapter.

Your generous donations of renewed apparel, blankets, linens, pillowcases, an induction cooker, household essentials, and other useful items will greatly benefit our dedicated Red Cross volunteers by providing them with much-needed support as they continue to selflessly serve communities and respond to those in need.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our Chapter Board Director, Dir. Jaie Ador, for generously donating a brand-new conventional refrigerator for our office as well as to our Council Director, Dr. Fedz Estrella for the turnover of monetary donations from the students of LPU Cavite. Your generosity will greatly enhance our office operations and help us better serve the communities under our care.

In addition, we are deeply grateful to everyone who has extended monetary donations. As of July 15, 2026, we have received a total of ₱26,643.00 from generous walk-in donors, training participants, and other kind-hearted individuals.
