UNITED TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONALS - SOUTH LUZON REGION VISITS ISKOLAR. 🏨

We warmly welcomed the United Tourism and Hospitality Professionals–South Luzon Region to the Iskolar Reading Center for an ocular visit!

The visit was conducted to explore possible tourism- and hospitality-related programs for our community readers. We are excited about the valuable skills, new experiences, and inspiring opportunities this partnership may bring to our children and teenagers.

CAPT. CYRIL BENEDICIO, AIRASIA PILOT ALSO GRACES THIS OCCASION. 👏

📆Sept. 26, 2026. This day, our Saturday teen readers didn’t just open books—they opened their eyes to the world of aviation! ✈️✨

Students from PATTS College of Aeronautics visited our young readers and gave them an exciting introduction to the science behind flight. They learned the basics of how airplanes fly, what keeps them in the air, and why they can soar across the sky.

And the best part? The kids didn’t just listen—they built and simulated their own airplanes! 🛩️💡

There were smiles, questions, discoveries, and maybe even a few future pilots and aeronautical engineers dreaming a little bigger today. ❤️

🎒 Thank you, PATTS, for the wonderful loot bags and, more importantly, for sharing your knowledge and inspiring our young minds.

A special thank you to Capt. Cyril Benedicio of AirAsia for gracing the occasion and sharing valuable words of wisdom with our young readers. Your stories and advice reminded them that dreams can take us places—sometimes even thousands of feet above the ground. ✈️

Our heartfelt thanks as well to Engr. Juan Luis delos Santos, Quality and Safety Engineer from SEA Aviation Services, who shared interesting insights about life and work as an aeronautical graduate. Your story gave our kids another glimpse into the many possibilities that await them.

Basa muna bago premyo! ❤️📖

Masayang-masaya ang ating mga young readers sa Pabasa Papremyo Program ngayong araw! Bawat bata ay may sariling reading adventure—pumasok sa Reading Center, pumili ng librong babasahin, humanap ng komportableng lugar, at magbasa nang mabuti. 📚✨

Pagkatapos magbasa, kumuha sila ng number at matiyagang naghintay na tawagin ang kanilang numero. Kapag tinawag na, pumunta sila sa teacher para sagutin ang mga comprehension questions tungkol sa kanilang binasa. Kapag nasagutan nang maayos, nakakuha sila ng stamps! ⭐

Pero hindi pa doon nagtatapos ang kanilang journey! Dumaan din sila sa guidance session upang matuto at mapagnilayan ang mahahalagang aral, bago muling makakuha ng stamps. 💛

Sa Pabasa Papremyo, hindi lang libro ang dala ng mga bata pauwi. Nag-uuwi rin sila ng bagong kaalaman, mas malalim na pag-unawa, dagdag na kumpiyansa, at mga aral na maaari nilang gamitin sa kanilang buhay. 🌱📖

Salamat sa lahat ng patuloy na sumusuporta sa aming Reading Center at sa mga taong tumutulong upang maging mas masaya at makabuluhan ang pagbabasa para sa ating mga bata!

What a wonderful time of reading and learning at our Reading Center! ❤️

📣 Yesterday, our young readers enjoyed an engaging Read Aloud Program, and our kid storyteller did an amazing job of capturing their attention and encouraging them to listen carefully. The readers were excited and very participative during our comprehension check, showing that they were not only listening but also understanding and thinking about the story.

📜 Reading aloud in front of an audience helps children build confidence, improve their pronunciation and fluency, develop listening and comprehension skills, expand their vocabulary, and learn to express themselves clearly.🌟
