📢 MOBILE NATIONAL ID REGISTRATION IS COMING TO PIGCAWAYAN! 📢

The Local Government Unit of Pigcawayan, in coordination with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), will conduct a Mobile Registration for the National ID on:

🗓 May 18–21, 2026
📍 Municipal Lobby, Municipal Hall, Pigcawayan, Cotabato

🔹 SERVICES OFFERED:
✔️ New Registration
✔️ Updating / Correction of Records

📌 FOR NEW REGISTRATION

Please bring any of the following ORIGINAL or Certified True Copies of documents:

• Birth Certificate (LCR or PSA/NSO)
• Marriage Certificate (LCR or PSA/NSO)
• Any Primary ID (Driver’s License, UMID, Postal ID, SSS, etc.)

👉 For vulnerable sectors/residents from far-flung areas without valid ID or documents, please bring:

✔️ Barangay Certificate with the following details:
• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Place of Birth
• Printed photo of the client
• Signature of Barangay Official and the client

📌 FOR UPDATING / CORRECTION OF ENTRIES

🔹 Typographical Errors
(e.g., wrong spelling, missing letters, interchange of birth month/day, etc.)
• Original Birth Certificate
• Original Marriage Certificate

🔹 Change of Civil Status:
• Single to Married – Original Marriage Certificate
• Married to Single – CENOMAR (must be “No Match”) + Birth Certificate
⚠️ For minors, CENOMAR is not required

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
•For UPDATING/CORRECTION of National ID - Birth or Marriage that was registered late must be in PSA (SECPA) copy, LCRO Issued document will not be accepted.

Bring original copies for verification.
