Common Ground FAQs
1. What is this event about?
A space to pause, worship, reflect, and reconnect with God. Come as you are and focus on what truly matters.
2. Who can attend?
Everyone is welcome. Whether you regularly attend church, are exploring faith, or simply want a meaningful night, you're invited.
3. Do I need to be religious?
Not at all. You don't need to have everything figured out to be here.
4. Do I need to know all the songs?
Nope. You don't need to know every song. Listen, sing along, or simply enjoy the moment.
5. Do I have to sing?
Absolutely not. You can sing, listen, pray, reflect, or simply be present. No pressure.
6. What should I wear?
Come as you are. Wear something comfortable and appropriate for the event.
7. Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself. You may bring a Bible, journal, or anything that helps you engage, but nothing is required.
8. Is there a message?
Yes. There will be short messages and moments of reflection centered on Jesus.
9. Will there be live music?
Yes. A live worship team will lead us throughout the evening.
10. Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely. Bring your people. Everyone is welcome.
11. Is registration required?
Yes. Registration is required because slots are limited.
12. How much is registration?
Registration is ₱149 per person.
13. Can I register at the door?
We highly recommend registering ahead of time since slots are limited. Walk-ins may not be accommodated once we reach capacity.
14. What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes early so you have enough time to check in and settle in.
15. Can children attend?
Yes, but parents or guardians are responsible for supervising them throughout the event.
16. Will the music be loud?
There will be moments of louder, energetic music during the evening. If you're bringing infants or young children, we recommend bringing age-appropriate hearing protection or earmuffs for their comfort.
17. What if I arrive late?
You can still come in. Our team will help you enter with as little disruption as possible.
18. Can I take photos and videos?
Yes, but please be mindful of others. We encourage everyone to stay present and avoid excessive phone use during worship.
19. Is this a concert?
Not exactly. This isn't about watching a band perform. It's about worshipping together. The music is part of the experience, but Jesus is the focus.
20. What if I'm not comfortable with worship?
That's okay. You don't have to respond the same way everyone else does. Engage at your own pace.
21. What if I don't know what to do during worship?
There's no complicated formula. Sing, listen, pray, reflect, or simply sit quietly. There's no “correct” way to worship.
22. What if I'm struggling with my faith?
Come anyway. You don't have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.
23. Do I need to have my life together first?
Nope. Come as you are.
24. What's the main thing I should know?
You don't have to come perfect. You just have to come.
