The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Paracale, in partnership with the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) of LGU Paracale, officially commenced the SAILFAR Assessment for Sangguniang Kabataan on June 18, 2026.

The assessment team, led by Ms. Milrose Abilay of DILG Paracale, successfully conducted on-site evaluations in Barangay Tugos. The activity aims to recognize and strengthen the commitment of SK officials to accountability, transparency, responsiveness, and excellence in youth governance.
