Ang Local Government Unit (LGU) of Paracale, sa pamamagitan ng Local Youth Development Office (LYDO), sa pangunguna ni Hon. Romeo Yebra Moreno, ay nagsusulong ng mga programang naglalayong palawakin ang kaalaman, kamalayan, at responsibilidad ng ating mga kabataan tungkol sa mahahalagang usaping pangkalusugan at pangkabataan.

📢 SK Advisory No. 2026-P011

The National Youth Commission (NYC) has issued SK Advisory No. 2026-P011, entitled "Reiteration on the Strict Compliance with DBM–DILG–NYC Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. of 2025, on the Appropriation, Release, Planning, and Budgeting of Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Funds."

This Advisory reiterates the policies governing the release, deposit, management, and accountability of SK Funds. It also provides guidance on the timely and automatic release of SK funds, the establishment of SK current accounts, the proper handling of funds in the absence of a bank account or quorum, and the responsibilities of both barangay and SK officials in ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with existing laws and issuances.

All SK Officials, Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) Members, and Local Youth Development Officers (LYDOs) are encouraged to review the Advisory and ensure strict compliance with the applicable guidelines on the management and utilization of SK Funds.

The Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) - Paracale is now accepting applications for the Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP) of the National Youth Commission (NYC).

Register your organization and become part of the official network of youth organizations recognized by the NYC. Through YORP, your organization gains greater opportunities to participate in youth development programs, capacity-building activities, and other initiatives of the National Youth Commission.

📌 What is YORP?

The Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP) is an initiative of the National Youth Commission that registers youth and youth-serving organizations nationwide, enabling them to access and participate in NYC programs and services.

📄 Requirements:

✅ Official Registration Form (YORP Form)
✅ Directory of Officers and Adviser/s
✅ List of Members in Good Standing
✅ Copy of Constitution and By-Laws (indicating the age and scope of membership; template available upon request)*
✅ Endorsement/Certification from the Appropriate Authority
