Today, the airwaves are heavy as we pay tribute to a true pillar of our community. G50E-23, our beloved Chairman Mr. Wilfredo Labaro, has completed his final mission and become a Silent Key.
Since the founding of our chapter in 2017, G50E-23 was much more than a leader; he was the bedrock of GLOC 215 New Lucena. From our very first signal to his final breath, his 10-2 commitment to service and public safety guided us through every challenge.
