As we conclude another meaningful chapter of the Stand Up, Rise Up: ExCEL Program at PAGCOR Ocampo, Camarines Sur, we celebrate not only the successful completion of the training but also the lives empowered through knowledge, skills, and opportunities.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our valued partner agenciesโ€”Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Agriculture (DA), Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), and Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology (BISCAST)โ€”for their unwavering support and commitment to community development. On July 25, 2026, the Values Formation Training at PAGCOR, Ocampo, Camarines Sur served as a meaningful opportunity for our beneficiaries to strengthen their values, build positive attitudes, and cultivate integrity, responsibility, respect, and resilience in their daily lives.

Another productive Saturday of learning, teamwork, and skills development through the Stand Up, Rise Up: ExCEL Program!

Our beneficiaries successfully completed the following activities:

๐Ÿฅฉ A. Quick Cured Ham โ€“ After 14 days of curing, the first phase is finally complete and the product is now ready to cook.

๐Ÿ– B. Pork Tocino โ€“ Participants gained hands-on experience in preparing and processing this well-loved cured meat product.

๐ŸŸ C. Bangus Sardines โ€“ The participants successfully prepared Bangus Sardines. However, the canning procedure was not carried out due to contingency measures and the unavailability of appropriate packaging materials in the area.

Before beginning the food processing activities, everyone worked together to deep clean and sanitize the kitchen, reinforcing the lessons from the second day of our Cleaning and Sanitation session. This practical application emphasized the importance of food safety, cleanliness, and proper hygiene before any food production takes place.

Through every session, our beneficiaries continue to build valuable knowledge and practical skills that empower them with livelihood opportunities and promote safe, quality food production.
