LOOK| A meaningful close to an inspiring journey ✨
The ExCEL Year 2 Closing Program in Sagñay, Camarines Sur brought together the ExCEL Team with their Student Extensionist, our hardworking beneficiaries from various trainings, BISCAST SUC President II Dr. Charlie P. Nacario, and our valued partner agencies DTI, DA, DOLE, BFAR and LGU Sagñay headed by Mayor John Vincent Fuentebella.

This day marks not just an ending, but a celebration of growth, collaboration, and shared commitment to empowering communities. Thank you to everyone who made ExCEL Year 2 a success!
