Para sa mga college students na residente ng Barangay Acli at Acli Resettlement, narito na ang updated list of documentary requirements para sa SK College Educational Assistance 2026.

Siguraduhing kumpleto ang inyong requirements bago isumite.

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Certificate of Registration/Enrollment for 1st Semester, A.Y. 2026–2027.
2. Certificate of Grades from the last semester, A.Y. 2025–2026.
3. Photocopy of School ID or any valid ID.
4. Duly accomplished Application Form with 2x2 picture.
5. Certificate of Indigency (Purpose: For Educational Assistance).

𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙄𝙉𝘿𝙀𝙍: Please submit THREE (3) copies of the requirements (1 Original & 2 Photocopies).
Hindi tatanggapin ang incomplete requirements.

𝘼𝘿𝘿𝙄𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝘼𝙇 𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙄𝙉𝘿𝙀𝙍:
Para sa mga nakatanggap na ng Application Form na may kasamang Personal Bio-data, maaari na pong i-disregard ang Personal Bio-data. Ang mismong Application Form na lamang po ang kailangang sagutan at lagyan ng 2x2 picture.

Para sa mga COLLEGE student ng Barangay Acli, maaari na kayong kumuha ng Application Form para sa Educational Assistance.

Para makakuha ng form, hanapin lamang si SK Chairman Spencer Tongol.

Maaari na rin kayong mag-request ng mga kinakailangang dokumento mula sa paaralang inyong pinapasukan, tulad ng:

• COR/COE – Certificate of Registration/Enrollment
• COG – Copy of Grades

Maaari na rin itong ihanda habang hinihintay ang iba pang requirement para sa application.

Abangan ang iba pang update tungkol sa SKolar ng Acli Educational Assistance Program. 💙💛
